About Dr. Mosher
Dr. James Mosher received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida and his medical degree from the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine. He completed his residency training at St. Joseph Hospital Program, Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Mosher is a certified practitioner by the North American Menopause Society and is board certified in acupuncture. His practice interests include pelvic pain, acupuncture, menopause, hormone alternatives and low libido.
Dr. Mosher has evolved his practice beyond Obstetrics and Gynecology because he believes there is a great need for compassionate care in the treatment of chronic pain and complex hormone problems. His primary clinical interests are seeing women with complex pelvic pain problems.
He most enjoys the challenge of treating patients who have given up hope of feeling better and helping them return to health.
Dr. Mosher is very proud of the medical team that cares for people with such difficult problems. His approach to treating patients is to strive to understand their perspectives. By carefully listening, Dr. Mosher seeks to better understand each patient’s problems.
Outside of practicing medicine, former Floridian Dr. Mosher can’t get enough of surfing, though he has more occasions to ski in Colorado’s mountains. He also enjoys spending time with his twin girls, traveling and hiking.
